Mail Distribution delayed 4 hours and counting

I sent email to a group Members-XXXX@toastmastersclubs.org over 4 hours ago, and it has not arrived at my GMAIL account.
A separate email was also sent to Officers-XXXX a few minutes afterward and it also has not arrived.
The same email forwarded to other specific BCC email addresses was immediately delivered to GMAIL and YAHOO.
Is there an investigation ongoing about compromised email addresses that are deliberately delaying delivery?

There are no compromised email forwarders that we are aware of.

None of the emails to the Club Email Addresses are being delivered to my Gmail account. I have checked my Gmail Spam folder and no new arrivals there, nor in my Trash folder. This is a mystery wrapped in an enigma because the FTH Meeting Agenda is being delivered to my Gmail account without delay. I'll ask other members if they have received the email or updates using the Club Email Addresses.

FTH uses 2 email addresses to send out emails
agenda@toastmastersclubs.org
server@toastmastersclubs.org
make sure both these email addresses are added to your white list or contacts

I can see your were sent emails TO your gmail address once from each server address today, they were both accepted by gmail

Thanks for the ideas. The problem was from Tuesday (two days ago) when the mail was not delivered)
I did receive two messages on Wednesday (one day ago).
I checked with another member (an officer) and she had not received either email either on Tuesday.
To the best of my knowledge, no changes were made within the Admin Console. I scanned and did not see any changes.
I had 15 of 15 recipients selected when the Agenda email was sent.
I just sent another Agenda Email and it arrived in my inbox OK. There is only one change that I made -- see below.

I already had (in my Gmail security whitelist setting).

I added (knowing that this may be less secure)
[*.]toastmastersclubs.org

[*.]9527.toastmastersclubs.org is not really right for FTH

Subdomains prior to the club number are not proper for FTH and not really supported.
