FTH failing to forward e-transers to the treasurer - Club 577

FTH failed to forward e-transfers made to the treasurer-577 address for our club treasurer. This was working last week..

Is there is way to allow e-transfers to be delivered to this e-mail?
There was a similar question today with a response, but I could not determine what it meant. It needs to be clarified.

1) we do not support www when using the toastmastersclubs.org so your club url is wascana.toastmastersclubs.org

2) unless I know where the from email address is I cannot answer your question.

here are the error messages our treasurer has received:

You could have added the email address to the club whitelist
