Printing agenda - how to control left-hand pane info

Hi all. When I print out an Agenda, in the left-hand pane there is a column about an inch or so wide. It lists the club officers, the location of the website and other Toastmasters info. The club officers shown are now incorrect in the printout because of the change of year. Where does Print pull this info from and how do I fix this so the correct officers appear? Does this mean I've got incorrect officers in some list on our site? I cannot find any info in FTH about how to fix. tks yr help. Joe Campo. club 3163158. Dassault Systemes Boston Campus.

Club Officer roles are assigned in the Membership Management module.
The print layout is getting the information from there.
