Email Address BAD

Hi there. Toastmasters Papakura - we are wanting to implement FTH and I have added our President Grant gp007@xtra.co.nz however in checking his email, the result comes up BAD.

Grants email is from NZ's largest telco company - can you please check and see if the issue lies with FTH or does Grant need to approach XTRA in order to get them to whitelist the FTH server?

I anticipate a number of our other members will also have XTRA email accounts to be signed up into FTH once we have setup our templates etc.,

The Bounce Count for Email Address [gp007@xtra.co.nz] has been reset to zero.
he will need to have server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.orgto his white list.

it seems his email processor doesn't like FTH. He will have to contact them. There is nothing wrong with our spf record we send 100's of thousands of email every month.

Understood - Thanks Brian, I will have the member contact his ISP and have the below added to Whitelist. Really appreciate a response that was faster than Branson's rocket - legend!
