One of our longest-running members (a DTM) says he has never been able to resolve the issue of why ToastHost group messages to his email account are returned as undeliverable.
I would like to schedule an individual discussion with a ToastHost expert, our new VP of membership, and our officer who handles IT issues, to resolve the situation once and for all.
We also would like guidance on managing member email lists in general.

Dave Brickell. Also Kenneth Melo, who is no longer an active member, apparently created a TM-based email ID which also bounces.
Wouldn’t it be more appropriate to discuss specific member-related issues directly / privately, rather than in an open, public forum?

I just asked for a first name, you are the one that provided first and last......
David hosts his email in a datacenter that frequently spams FTH and all the IP were blocked. I have opened the IP for his email server.
Kenneth has created a non existing email address as FTH does not supply pop or imap accounts. I have removed the bad email address.
