Our site is Orange Orators (Syracuse, NY) member with email mer...@gmail.com has an ongoing problem logging in. She gets a password, logs in, then the next time she tries to login she get the message "Wrong password. If you are logging in for the first time or you have forgotten your password, click authentication without entering a password. When I do that I get a msg that a link has been emailed which will help me reset my password."
She does a password reset, is able to login, and then when she comes back, the same issue starts all over again.
I did a zoom session with her and did not see any way she was doing it wrong, but I could be missing something.

All depends on her browser and security setup. If her browser clears all cookies she will need to reset everytime.
