I keep mine in a table in a Word Document, then when the list got too big I moved them to a Spreadsheet even when we had a Manual.
Back in those old Manual Days, TI would have the VP-Education copy them from the Manual and add them to the database at TI. Then came along Pathways and there is nowhere for a Member to record their Speech Title, the day of the Speech, their Evaluator, If a club is using Easy-Speak the club has a record provide the Toastmaster of the Meeting validates the Agenda after the meeting is over. That does not happen, because Easy-Speak closes the meeting even before it starts,
At least you added the tickmark to say the meeting is Reconciled. It could be very easy for you to see how often that occurs.
You are lucky in a way that the other two main choices to FTH3 also do not believe in taking their product out of the 21st Century Teck and moving into the NEW Modern era.
Other than Toastmasters, I have never been involved in Club Management before. What surprises me is how Toastmasters say we learn from our mistakes. My observation about Toastmasters is Information Techknowleges.do not learn from their mistakes, nor will they listen to the many IT professional that are Members of Toastmasters.
I will continue this discution in the 'Paper' as is said.
Pathways by the wahy do not even have a place for the member to tick off they have even given the speech. Or what day you gave it or at what club or even who your evaluator was. I can get that information from FTH if I am an Admin on the account.
In my 16 years as a Toastmaster, I have helped members who lost their Manual recreate them from the Club Agenda. I even helped a member get his DTM when there was a twenty-year gap in his membership. Luckily for him, he had his old Manuals.
