We cannot access our existing Members email account due to a previous failure to provide credentials among transitioning Club Officers, so want to create a new one for current Chapter Members. I have created an Email Group from the Members list generated by Membership Management in the Admin Console on FreeToastHost, but am not clear on how to associate that list of members with an Email ID.
Can we use that Master email ID to access individual members via a Distribution List? Do I use the Group Name I just created followed by @<chapterdomain>.com? For example: in Membership Management, the list I created is named BrickellTM_Members2021. Would the associated email ID be BrickellTM_Members2021@brickelltoastmasters.com? Or how is such a Distribution List created?
