Approved their Addition to SEPTA Toastmasters Website

Periodically we will receive the Approved the Addition to SEPTA Toastmasters Website without anyone's name in the quotes. We do still receive correct emails when a guest joins. Why do we occasionally receive these blank emails? This is a notification email from your club website (< septa.toastmastersclubs.org >) that "" has APPROVED his/her contact information (e.g., name, email address, and phone number) being added to the SEPTA Toastmasters website. Regards,The FreeToastHost Website Support Team< support.toastmastersclubs.org >Distribution: Admin

In order to figure this out we need to be able to reproduce the problem.

With that in mind, how do you typically add new people specifically?   Do you use the NEW line at the top of Membership Management or do you use the Quick (bulk) Add feature?  If I can do it exactly the way you do, I have a better chance of reproducing the problem.

Do you have an idea of the new person (e.g., their name) added for which you received an email with the issue?  Also, was it a new member, guest, prospect, etc. ?

Again, I am trying to get to the place where I can reproduce the issue so I can figure out the cause.   Any additional specific details you can provide is helpful.

Unfortunately no. I have no way of knowing who approved their addition when, unless I receive the email with their name. I can say that it would be a guest. We add everyone to the guest list. If they become a member, then we move them over. It's rare for us to have someone become a member without first becoming a guest.
