Are all FreeToast Host sites down?

I tried logging into 3 different FreeToastHost sites, and they are all down with a message saying that the sites can't be reached, that it is taking too long. Even reloading does not solve the issue. Using Chrome or Firefox, gives the same results.

All FTH sites are working correctly.
www.unitytoastmasters.org/ is working

The IP you are using has been blocked for a hacking attempt.
If you are using a VPN turn it off.

I turned off the VPN and can now connect. Thanks for your help.

VPN hide people who are doing things they shouldn't be more that they protect the innocent.
