Also looking at the text you loaded she is sending spam .
Th eentire email is encoded which is usually spam or hacker code.

Please have her send the emails as text or rich text not encoded html

She tried sending "the emails as text or rich text not encoded html ", but it still bounced.

After poking around, I found the "white list" in the settings.  I added her email address to that, and bang!  it worked.
