That is the correct website, but when you click on the "View Website" button on TI, it redirects me to the FTH request page.

Then the error is in how you've got the website listed in your club data at TOASTMASTERS.ORG
Your site is fine.
Correct your listing with international and it will all work.

Open CLUB CONTACT & MEETING INFORMATON
Under website
Remove daytonabeach.toastmastersclubs.org
Add  1134.toastmastersclubs.org
It will correct your issue
