FTH Down?

What's been happening with FTH the past few days? Two clubs that I belong to, the sites are both not working.

I want to add that the number of Clubs (#859, #588286, #3646317) and our District 40 FTH website are experiencing slow response times. Based on my experience with web service issues, the Web Server may need to be "Bounced" (Shut down and then rebooted). Please verify that the Web Server is operating normally. Who is a part of the FTH Web Server Crew, and how do I communicate with them about this issue.

Along with the issues at AWS we have been experiencing very high server activity especially by bots and they all do not play nice.
We have implemented several strategies to assist in controlling this high activity.

28677110.toastmastersclubs.org/ has been running very slow all day today and now it won't load at all. I'm sure it will come back at some point, but wanted you to be aware of the current problem. Thanks!

It spins for a while and then says "AJAX Loading Spinner".
