New Successful Club Series: How to be a distinguished club - confusing times

As VPE of the club, I noticed that the drop-down description states 10-15 minutes for this speech, but the evaluation sheet and the time allotted in FTH is 7 minutes. Shouldn't it be 10-15 mins?
 

The evaluation sheets are not yet available, so they haven't been loaded.
Where have you found an evaluation sheet stating that it is 5-7 minutes?  We'll need to correct that.

When you download the series, this new educational presentation (it wasn't available in the legacy version) has the new pathways evaluation sheet tacked on the end, stating that it's a 5-7 minute speech - so this needs to be rectified by TI. However, what I find confusing in FTH is that all these presentations are 10-15 minutes (and it does reflect that in the drop-down), but when you select it, FTH assigns it as a 5-7 minute in the agenda. I had to manually adjust the field to reflect the correct time.

Most od the educational series are 10-15 minutes
FTYH does not adjust the available time - your VPE should add a role for 'educationals' at 10-15 minutes
Please provide your club number so we can see where you're finding the evaluation sheet.  That is not yet available in FTH, only in the educational "manuals" on TI

Aaah - I see what you're saying - this has been set using the "old" generic evaluation form for a 5-7 minute speech (rather than the standard Educational Evaluations)
I can't see the speech length stated in the project - so will assume that is correct, 5-7 minutes.  
I've changed the time allowed for that project.  We'll need to find the "old" generic form if that is the one that will be used.

No!!! What I am saying is that the evaluation shows a 5-7 minute speech evaluation for a 10-15 minute educational. If you look at the previous ones, the evaluation sheet (at the end of the project manual) is different. It looks like this:

But the new one is contradictory because, at the beginning, it says, "Most presentations in The Successful Club Series may be offered by any club member and require 10 to 15 minutes to present." So the original time in the drop-down was correct!! Please amend it back to how it was (10-15 minutes).  

My point is that the Evaluation sheet is a generic 5-7 minute evaluation, instead of a 10-15 minute evaluation sheet. I know this is a TI issue. I just thought initially that it was affecting the time displayed on the agenda, but you have explained this in your previous response. 

And given that you have told me that you haven't received the evaluation sheet is telling.  The evaluation sheet is not a separate file as per the usual pathways projects.  It is a part of the educational presentation file.  So what we should see is one file uploaded in FHT for every project in the education series. To understand what I am saying, see the attached files, and it will make more sense.  

I have attached 2 files - look at page 3 in both - you will see that the description advises that it's 10-15 minutes.  Then check page 8 in both -  you will see that the second file is incorrect, it displays the 5-7 minute evaluation form, but it should look like the first one.
