A member of my club (club# 5456) tried sending an email to the club email address with the domain @

Hello Bushra - was the member using their email service that is listed in your membership list on the club site? Those are the only ones that can use the distribution lists.

The member claimed that they had emailed from the email address that is registered in Membership Management on the club website.

Another member sent two separate emails to the Club (# 5456) and the emails were returned undelivered. They had used their the email address that is registered in Membership Management.

The following are the return messages they received:

Message 2:Address not foundYour message wasn't delivered to members-5456@ because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

That's an incomplete email address.
This often happens when the ToastmastersClubs.org is mis-typed.
If you want more help, you'll need to include the email with the addresses of FROM and TO clearly visible.

the TO address should be members-5456@ToastmastersClubs.org

NOTE - both the TOASTMASTERS and CLUBS end in S.

I have spoken about to different members. One of them claim to have sent from email that is registered in Membership Mamagement and they have been a long-standindg member. Our number is 5456. The return message this member received is:illustrated below. It seems they that they did indeed sent to @ToastmastersClubs.org.  So could the issue?

Also, what is the more appropriate email address 5456@toastmastersclubs.org and members-5455@toastmastersclubs.org

I just ran a test and it worked for me.
