New Agenda Reports

New Agenda reports (All reports are only as good as the Agendas that they are based on) It is important that after the meeting the VPED make the final adjestments to show reality.

1) All Members Historical Role Report -
Using the date period selector this report gives all the roles each member has done with the date. Uncertain is treated as Not Attending.
This report will be useful to the VPED to ensure that all members get a shot at the roles they need to meet their goals.

2) Single Agenda Pull (xlsx) -
Using the date selector, this ia an excel pull of the members and roles of a SINGLE agenda.
Members without roles will show their attendance.
 

The Single Agenda Pull is so useful!
Some things I use it for:
- before emailing the agenda I run it to see if anyone has too many roles - and if any of those can be reassigned to members attending but not having a meeting role
- give to the Topics Master - they can easily see which members to "pick on" - those with no roles or only small speaking roles first...
- use as a check list to mark off members as they arrive at the meeting - can easily work out which roles might need to be reassigned at the meeting, and who is available to take on those roles 
- contact the "uncertain" members to encourage them to attend the meeting
