Is it possible to add a TM who is not a club member to FTH Membership Mgmt

Hi Support
Is there a way to a Toastmaster (TM) of an existing club that is not currently a member of our club to FTH who is looking to visit to sign-up for a meetup or to allow for someone to sign-in as a guest?

Thanks for any insight!

It's not possible for a non-member to sign in, but there is a way of adding guests to the agenda.

You can create a dummy user, with no email address, called {Guest}. The curly braces are so that it goes to the bottom of the list, instead of appearing right in the middle of your "real" members' names. The site admin will need to approve it, so that it can be used on the agenda.

Then a role can be assigned to "{Guest}" in the usual way. If you want their name to appear on the agenda, you can edit the role description to include the name.
e.g. "Role taken by John Doe, visiting Toastmaster"
