Hello!

We have a member in our club, #8761, who lives in China and has a lot of communication restrictions, such as Whatsapp. She was able to opt into FTH, but when she tried accessing it to sign up for a role, she got the following message. photos.app.goo.gl/Hoi6wDXtxAFFxwC88 Please let me know if this is an FTH issue, or a country issue, and if there's a fix or workaround.

I would need to know your members china IP address. China is a major source of hackers and spam.
Have them look up the error they are receiving, from what I can see is they are using a VPN or Proxy server that is misconfigured.
