"Member Email Hold in Effect"

When emailing an Agenda to the club or using our club officers or members group email, we receive the following error message about one of our members' email addresses:

for the reasons listed below:Dan Ferens
DTM, LD5, VC5 (member email hold in effect)

Dan's Gmail address is: dtmdanf@gmail.com. He's able to receive regular emails from any of us who send emails to his Gmail address. I don't see anything unusual on our club website. We estimate this has been happening for the last 2-3 weeks. Dan is our VP Membership.
