Allowing members to upload files to the Members Only section of file manager

I just recently realized that only specified officers are allowed to access the File Manager and upload files.  Because of the projects one of my clubs is working on, it would be very handy to be able to allow all members to upload files.
I suggest that in the Access Control portion of the settings, there be an option that could be selected to allow all members to upload files into the Members Download section of the file manager.
Another alternative, might be to develop a method for granting upload or file manager access to specific members (without a limit on how many to specify), rather than all members.

Thanks. We like to store certain files on Freetoasthost if they are files that we want to be certain the club always has access to in the future. Freetoasthost is great for this since we know that if at some point the access is not properly handed off to the new officers, the club can get access restored. With other options like google and drop box, if the access is not properly passed along, it could be lost forever.

That is why we have spaces in the admin panel for notes and such.
you can always make an officers doc with all the information that should be passed along.

Yeah, I really appreciate that. We do make use of that in my clubs.
Unfortunately I have run into situations where a club has lost track of access to some account because the information was not passed along.
I really appreciate that freetoasthost has made it easy to ensure that access can be restored to the club if it is ever lost.
