System Template list has no option for contest

Suggestion: I would like to set up an agenda for our club contests. The only choices I see under System Templates are for 1- and 2-hour regular meeting formats. Is there no template for contests? Neither do I see any mechanism for importing a template created elsewhere. Has this never been requested before? Is my site simply missing something others have? I would really like not to have to create one from scratch -- for fear of making errors, missing something important, misjudging time requirements, having to come up with explanatory text. Surely someone, somewhere, has already assembled one. What needs to be done for it to appear in the available System Template list?

I did check documentation, go through every available widget on the site, and search through years of forum posts before posting this.
