Matrix view of speakers/evaluators

Hi FTH Team,

It would be great if we could mark off/'link' roles to each other e.g. Speaker 1 to Evaluator 1, Speaker 2 to Evaluator 2, General Evaluator to Evaluator 1 and Evaluator 2.

and then generate a matrix report of Speakers vs Evaluators and Evaluators vs General Evaluators, which would show who's given feedback to whom

and highlight in the matrix report last evaluator against last speech, so we could reassign for speakers to receive different evaluation feedback (or same if needed for the Evaluation and Feedback - second speech).

Thanks again,
Melanie

That is what the Spearker 1 and Evaluator 1 titles are for, it links them together.
Thank you,

This suggestion goes beyond the current Speaker/Eval linking capability.

The speech reports should show the evaluators of each speech to help VPEs and members track and spread the range of evaluators for more effective feedback. The goal being to compare who evaluated which speakers in order to ensure different evaluators are signed up for future speeches.
