email addresses do not load from TMI database

I'm new to this. I entered all my members' names, counting on the system to load their data from the TMI database. Everybody came back with e mail addresses like:

noemail-1389994449.7969@toastmastersclubs.org

What's this about?? will the system relay messages sent to these addresses to the e mail addresses on file? Will I have to go in and enter the addresses from the TMI website?

As FreeToastHost is not part of nor is it sponsored by Toastmasters International, there is no data link between their database and the FTH2 db.

*However*, you can export the member roster from their website (Club Central), then delete all the columns from the resulting excel file except name, email, and phone number, and finally you can copy/paste that into the Membership Management text box. In fact, that is why it is a text box in the first place--to allow for that. Yeah, it is not a data link, but it still beats typing it in by hand.

The emails that you got were dummy email addresses that the system creates when you do not enter an email address for someone. They are just placeholders... they do not actually function as email addresses.
