Site Email Distribution Lists not working

The problem presented itself with the 'send the agenda as an email to all users'. I tried to send the agenda and it has not gone out to anyone.
Then I tried just from my personal email to email the officers-3214758@toastmastersclubs.org and that email has not sent either.
Is there something going on with the email today?

Update: The distribution lists are working from my personal email. But the agenda is still not sending.

This is also happening to us. Trying to send the agenda to members via the FTH system doesn't work. However, if you send the agenda to just the Toastmaster through the FTH system, it goes through fine.

It was the Toastmaster for that particular meeting. I believe the first time was two days ago. Then she tried again today at around 11.

I just tried as an Admin and it worked. But it does not work as just me.
