I am the site admin, but I haven't been able to change the contact information. One person listed is no longer a member and the other person is no longer the VPE...

1) You have not defined all your member to the site.
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management-2

2) Once your have added all your members, you then assign the officer roles using the pull down under the member management box.

3) then you update your contact form
