Default Agenda Email Setting

The default for sending an agenda via email is to only go to the Toastmaster and VP Education. Is there a way for me to change the default to "send to all club members"?

We always need agendas to go to all members. Our Toastmasters often forget to check the "send to all club members' box. We rotate our toastmasters and it's hard for them to remember this step.

Sorry but not at this time. The decision was made to do it with just the vped and toastmaster as the default because many clubs were complaining the was to much email being generated from the agenda with everyone emailing to everyone.
