Thanks everyone for helping us out.
Her email address registered on the 4764.toastmastersclubs.org is aapdestiny@yahoo.com. She sent it from that email address only. I know that for sure in two ways:
1. If she had sent it from another email account, then she would have received the bounced email from the server stating that you are not authorized to send, etc etc. She didn't receive that email.
2. She forwarded that email to me and I looked at those email addresses that she sent it to (even with magnifying lenses!) to see if there was a typo of any sort. None. See below:

Subject: Toastmasters Meeting Notes 02/22/2014
Dear Fellow Toastmasters and Guests,
End of original message
This is the second time this is happening. She tried to send the minutes out last meeting on 2/22 that she sent out on 2/27. No success. She tried it with this meeting that we had just yesterday. Still the same results. The server neither sends it out nor does it complain of any issue. It is just silent. No response whatsoever.
But after the last message from Steve, that you have changed the code to fix the problem and that you want her to try again, since I have already sent the meeting minutes to the members and guests on her behalf, it is not acceptable to send out a test message to them again. So I have requested her to try sending a test message, to the officers alias. I think the officers alias is a protected alias just like the members and the guests and so I think that should be a good way to test if the issue continues, correct?
Thanks again for looking into this issue for us.
