Club Secretary unable to send out emails to members and guests

ok I know what is wrong.

She cannot send to both lists in the same email. Tell her to send 2 emails.

Thank you, I will let her know about that, But I am curious, is this a limitation just for secretaries? I was able to send the meeting minutes to both the lists in one email.

Which lists did you sent to?

I know guests and members do not work together.

Our Club Secretaries have always been sending the meeting minutes to members and guests. When they can't send for some reasons, then I do it for them.

Your current secretary uses Yahoo and the error messages was "FAILURE: Duplicate Yahoo! Message ID" it maybe the way yahoo sends the email.

Yeah, I tend to agree with Brian about the Yahoo email address. We have special handling for those, and I think we get higher rate of issues with yahoo email.
