Finding Image Library

I read the section to add images:
CKEditor allows you to add images to your documents in an easy and intuitive way. In order to insert an image, simply press the Image button on the toolbar.

OK....where do I find that toolbar? There is no path to follow to get to that point!

Appreciate any hand holding I can get.

To get to the page editing window, you select "home page" or "meeting info/directions" from the admin panel, or choose "custom pages" from the drop-down menu.

Have a look at "home page", "Information / Directions" or "Custom pages" in the docs . There should be more details there.

Now I've added the Meet Up image with a link to our page for attracting new members. Unfortunately, the page redirects to that link instead of opening a new window. Guidance?

In the edit area, right click on the link and choose "edit link" from the menu that appears.

Then click the "target" tab. Choose "new window (_blank)" from the pull-down menu, and click OK. Then save.
