Member unable to login and not getting emails

I am the admin for club 4031 www.chelmsfordtoastmasters.org .

Carynne Corvaia cmcorvaia@yahoo.com is our current club president and has been a member for several years. For the past several months she has indicated that she has not been able to login to the site. We cannot trace back to when this all started but I suspect it may have started as far back as when we made changes to our officers last June. One thought is that there may be an issue with the email alias for club president.

I have sent her the login instructions to renew hew password but she does not receive any emails from the site. I have logged in as her by using her name and the site admin password and everything looks correct.

Her email has not changed during any of this process.

I do not know what to do next except to delete her and add her back in but wanted to check here first before doing that.

If she is using Internet Explorer have her check her cookie settings to this doc

She has "Do NOT create a public officer alias for me" checked in her profile. Therefore, the president officer alias will not work. Do not know if that is relevant to the situation.
