Are the website members inserted automatically by the TI website?

One of our club members #7488 requested us to delete him from our club's website. There's no option though.
I assume that if he does not renew his membership he will be automatically excluded from our club's website.
Is my assumption right?

You have 2 choices change his status to former member

or

Remove his name from the member list
