Maling list problem

One of my club member clamed that she does not receive a mail from “members-8643@toastmastersclubs.org” mailing list. Therefore, I temporarily assigned as SAA. And I sent to saa-8643@toastmastersclubs.org. Then she received the mail. Could you help me to solve this problem? why she can received “saa-8643@toastmastersclubs.org”, but not “members-8643@toastmastersclubs.org”?

1) what is the members name?

2) was the same email sent to both email addresses by the same person?

The name of member is Akiko Yuge. Yes, I myself sent to both addresses.

the emails are being sent and accepted by gmail have her check her spam box
