Problems Sending out Agenda Notification from Website

Hello,

I'm the Webmaster at Ottawa Toastmasters (club # 1935). Our Chair of the week sent out the agenda notification from the website last night, but, for some reason, didn't receive a copy herself. She checked with me and a couple other members and was informed that I received the notification but the other two members didn't.

Just now, when I got onto your website, I understand that your email system is being revised. If there's a temporary problem with your email system because it's undergoing revision, I don't understand why I received the agenda notification when the other two members didn't.

Most importantly, I would be grateful if you could advise as to whether your email server/ system is up and running effectively, and whether we can safely use the website to send out the agenda notification again? Many thanks in advance for your help.

We are not revising the email system at this time.

First names of the members who did not receive the agenda.

Members who didn't receive the notification: Eva, Lillian.

There might be others, but we haven't checked with all the other members.

If you're not revising your email system, why do I see the following notification when I got into your website?

FREETOASTHOST MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION - The FreeToastHost email system is being revised.

Checking the email logs it looks like the emails were sent today were accepted by gmail for Eva. When she sent the agenda last night Approximately what time was that?

The "Automatic reply:" parts in the subjects stand out. We do not put that in subjects. Those could be bounces from the recipients junk mail filters on their end.
