That message is concatenated to the end of the member notes when a guest or former member clicks an unsubscribe link in an email.

The date on it is old.

Was this member a former guest or former member that may have unsubscribed from a mailing list at some point?
(They would have had to click the unsubscribe link in an email.)

There are hidden fields that get activated when someone is unsubscribed to prevent clubs from just overriding the guest/former member's wishes by simply typing in their email address again--it basically becomes an unusable member record at that point. However, those hidden fields should be getting cleared if someone is a member.

See what you can find out about the persons history regarding whether they were unsubscribed at one point.

I may have to do a member record dump to determine if the hidden fields are still set and messing things up.

Not sure if you are working on this at your end, but I just sent out important emails to both member and officer lists and I am get "undeliverable" emails for a lot of members. The error message says "Can't send data".
Please get this corrected soon if possible.
