About Member Picture

I need to explain a new member how to download a picture on "Members" is there an article that explains with details how to do it? I put my picture and I did not have any problem, but they I tried again, and it didn't work, when I tried to put the measurements it became grainy. Let's say I take the picture, do I have to do something different? If so, please let me know.

Best approach is to take higher resolution photos. You get the graininess when scaling from lower resolution to higher resolution.

They should be able to upload their photo in their member profile or you can do it for them in admin console.

Thank you!! Now I know what I did wrong, I tried to crop picture to 100x100 before I posted it and that is why it was so bad the one that I tried to post. I read the instructions in the link that Brian sent, and it says the website crops it automatically and the face should be in the middle... I told you before, I think I need to learn so much... I think that when a person thinks they have learned everything, that is the end of a life...
