Incorrect speech timings for Interpretive Reading manual

According to a fellow club member who is doing the Interpretive Reading manual, the project speech times in the FTH system are not correct. They should be:
(1) 8–10 minutes
(2) 6–8 minutes
(3) 5–7 minutes
(4) 12–15 minutes
(5) 8–10 minutes

Is that something you guys would take care of? I don't know the revision date on her manual, but I'm pretty sure she's only had it a little while.

Please provide the revision level of her manual. TI has been changing all sorts of things every time they print the speech manuals and they sure don't tell us.

I got the date information from the club member on her manual. It says it was revised January 2011. Is this the latest version?
