new website address

I submitted our club website on Toastmasters international this week. I checked to see if it was available for people looking for a club in this area. When i clicked on the website address it went straight to Toast Host 2 not the club web site.

Also, when I type in the club website on Google the website is not found.

We are not part of Toastmasters International. We align with their branding, we are Toastmasters members and volunteers, but we are *not* part of Toastmasters Int'l. We cannot even access their member database (for security reasons).

When you say you "submitted our club website on Toastmasters international this week", what does that mean? You already have a FreeToastHost website at 2299.toastmastersclubs.org

Do you mean you got a custom website domain? KitCarsonToastmastersClub.org ?

If that is the case, then you need to do some more work via your registrar and in your admin console to get things set up.

Please tell me what you are trying to accomplish so that I can get you there quicker.

I used TH2 to create a new club website last month. Now the new club address is on the international page for people to find. However, when I clicked on the URL it went to TH2 site creation request page. The URL did not go to the website. Why would it go to TH2?

Also, I tried to Google search the website and it found the old outdated website on wordpress. I don't want potential visitors to go there ever. How do I get Google to find the new address?

How did you use FTH2 to create a new website? Our registration info:
Club Number: 2299

Club Domain:

Club Alias: kitcarson

Admin Name: Gregory A. Lopez

Admin Email:(omitted by me)

Registration Date: 2014-04-15 17:15:35

Check the registration date. You cannot normally create two website via FTH2 for the same club.

I did not create two websites.

Did you try the URL on the International page to see what I'm talking about?
