cant get into file manager

I get a veil when I try to get into file manager or any drop down menus from the first page after I get in as site administrator. I started having this problem after I changed my phone number in members directory, I believe. I can't get in as a member either. I asked for a re-set of password through authenticate button, and nothing happens, (I don't get an email from TMs)

Hi there
I can't seem to get into my file manager as the webmaster for my club this is a problem. I think something went wrong when I changed my telephone number. I get a veil on the site.

My club's number is 654417 and its MDPW Toastmasters in Ottawa.

I am getting emails from you free host. I am not getting an opportunity to change my password from the toastmasters site as a member.

I am also not able to get into the site as an administrator, or better, I get in, but I can't do anything such as get into file manager. I just get to open the launch consule
