If you are talking the man and microphone image, the image must have been corrupted in the upload. you will need to upload again

It was doing this before I had any images on my page.

When I work on my page in admin page then save half of it is cut off and I have to mover everything farther to the left to show properly. I used to have a wider home page and cannot seem to get it back.

You had all sorts of tables with different widths.

I standardized them and properly centered everything on the page.

You really should not force the width of the page as you will get unpredictable results as you have seen.
