Club 5028 website does not resolve for some users

Hi,

Our website 5028.toastmastersclubs.org has not been resolving for some users.

I have had two users on different ISPs run nslookup without success (can't find 5028.toastmastersclubs.org) however on my ISP it resolves fine.

The two users who have had problems have IPs in the ranges 137.147.x.x and 125.209.x.x.

Any advice on how to troubleshoot next would be appreciated, this looks like a DNS issue to me however with my computer functioning fine it has been difficult to diagnose.

If this is a DNS issue is there an IP based http link to the website that we can use until the issue is rectified?

Please provide their full IP addresses.

We are not blocking anything that starts with those IP

The IPs that are not working are:

137.147.132.12
125.209.128.249

Make sure your users are typing the address in correctly. Make sure it is spelled correctly.

Also, we do not support www on the address.

In other words, www.5028.toastmastersclubs.org will NOT work.

What I would suggest is to sent them an email with the correct address in it as a link. (Put 5028.toastmastersclubs.org in the email) Tell them to click the and then report back to you exactly what they see. If they can sent you a screen shot of anything that shows on their screen (to post here), that may also be helpful.

I got them to try 5028.toastmastersclubs.org and also toastmastersclubs.org with no luck "Server cannot be found - 5028.toastmastersclubs.org" (However I did not request screenshots)

I also had them run nslookup which works for me but not for them (see attached)

All other websites reported to be working fine
