Email to club members alias not delivering to one member

I am the VP Education for Eloquent Orators and one our members mentioned that she is not getting emails from me (sent to the member alias).

The member email alias is:
members-1176575@toastmastersclubs.org

I checked her profile and her address is correct:
bxxxxx.xxx@raytheon.com

We have other members who work for Raytheon, so the firewall and security settings should be the same. I sent a test message to the members email alias and she is the only one so far who did not get the email. I can send emails directly to her account and they go through; only emails sent to the club member alias are not working.

Carey,

Has she checked her junk/spam folders? Is toastmastersclubs.org in her safe senders list or in her blocked senders list?

Does she receive agendas when sent from the website?

Sorry to just get back on this. Brenda mentioned that she is not receiving any emails from Toastmasters, Agenda or mine directly to the members email alias. I asked her to check her SPAM filter and she said nothing has changed. There are several members who work for Raytheon who do not have this issue. I will have her check again. It looks like looking at the log you included, the messages are going through.

Thank you.

Carey
