I have a similar problem but when sending to the Club E-mail Address (ie members-2999@toastmastersclubs.org), most if not all the members don't receive it? I sent a test a couple of days ago. I don't receive a reject of any type on sending it. It was sent from my email account (the one listed in the club directory in freetoasthoast). There isn't anyplace I can find to set it up, other than just having entries in the members list. It's a pain to keep the lists outside of freetoasthoast but it's reliable right now.
