I can´t delete the double registration of a guest

1. "launch admin console" 2. "Membership Management" :

I can´t delete the double registration of a guest´s name.

The guest´s name is mentioned in one case with the addition [guest] and in the other case without the addition [guest] in the upper part of the club´s membership list.

I want to delete the guest´s name from the upper part of the list. However to delete the double registration while pressing the key "del" does not work.

Is there s.o. who could explain how to delete a Doublet from the Membership list of our club´s Website?
