I think the server may have been compromised. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Server is not compromised. All email to the server is spam checked--however, the spam score must be over the spam threshold score (=5) for it to be filtered out. If it is not scored as spam it is forwarded. The spam score of this email was 1.0 so it was not counted as spam.
Not all club email addresses are limited to members. Some, like the officer email addresses and the contact email address are open to the public to access, which makes them more vulnerable to spam.
Either disable the appropriate officer address in the member's profile, or wait until I release version 2.20 of FTH which will have email black listing capability for clubs to block those emails.
