Can't log in as site administrator

Hi guys,

This week I tried to log in as the Site Admin for my club to prepare the weekly agenda and the password was not accepted. I clicked "Forgot Your Password" but did not receive an email. As far as I know I set myself as the website administrator previously.

I will follow up with my club to find out if someone changed the password without telling anyone else; however, I suspect it is a system error. Please advise how to get back into our site. Thanks!

You are one of many members listed as admin. But, because there are multiple email addresses listed in the admin email field and the line below states to use 1 email address and yours is not complete, the reset email can not be sent, as far as I know.

Did you also check your junk or spam folder?

I have removed all the site admin email and names except Donna.

Your club can only have one site admin listed but you can share the site admin user and password as you like.

Please contact Donna for the site admin user and password.
