cannot receive or send thru my groups e-mail address

Good Morning,

Although my dues is paid, I have never been able to send or receive e-mails thru my groups address.

My e-mail address is maclark68@columbus.rr.com
My group's address is: members-4695@toastmastersclubs.org

I simply do not receive messages sent from this address to my own. And when I send e-mails to that address, I receive the following message:

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address
(members-4695@toastmastersclubs.org) from maclark68@columbus.rr.com . Be sure
your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your
ToastmastersClubs.org member profile.

Please help.
