Some of our executive members are receiving SPAM emails which appear to be from the FTH server. I've pasted a sample below:

Is there any way to stop these emails?

Thanks.

We do not filter the contact emails as we might block a valid inquiry to your club.

How many spam emails have they received?
Thank you,

One member is receving them almost daily. She received 5 today, but a total 17 this week. The other didn't specify the frequency.

Ok, here is the thing. Anything that the server forwards will have the server email address in the From:. It has to in order to not trigger spam filters.

However, that does *not* mean the server is the original sender.

In most cases, the key is what email address is in the Reply-To part of the email header. That almost always is set to the email address of the original sender.

If you cannot view your email headers directly, then you should see what address comes up when you click Reply. (do not actually send a reply) ***That is the email address that is important as it is the original sender's email address.***

Please have your members send you that information and if nothing else, I will put those on your club black list for you. You will be able to do this yourself in the near future.

Thanks.

I can put those on your club black list for you.
Do you want me to do that?

Again, you will be able to do this yourself in the near future.
The feature has just not been released yet.
