I receive all forum questionss. The docs say it's at the top of the page. I'm not finding this "unsubscribe"
Please be more specific how to stop all emails.

You can unsubscribe from your profile.

Click on the Profile (or Update Profile) tab near the top of the page.

Partway down the page, there is a row of tabs. Click on the second one, "Subscriptions".

Now you can disable the subscriptions that you don't want.
