Could you tell me a method how to move automatically from old URL to new URL?

Old URL : www.geocities.jp/saitama_t_m/
I have already deleted the contents on the old URL.

New URL : 4855.toastmastersclubs.org/

When a visitor access old URL, he will see "No Page" message.
In this case, how to move to new URL automatically?

Do a google search for html redirect and upload the html page to your geocities website.
