I am unable to access our site when on our company network.
It works fine from my mobile phone.

We are not blocking the IP you reported the issue from. We will need the IP of your company network

use whoami.ca/ip.php to get your internet IP

Hmmm, strange if it's not being blocked. That's the normal issue that's happened in the past.
